How to Obtain Your North Myrtle Beach Police Accident Report

One of the most critical pieces of evidence you will want to locate is the Police Accident Report. The Investigating Officer will have made notations (including the names of the party/parties, who contributed to the accident) and will have indicated the intersection of collision and areas of vehicle damage.

The Records Division of the North Myrtle Beach Police Department has provided us with the following information and points of contact to assist in the acquisition of your Police Accident Report.

Your reports can be obtained in person, by email or by regular mail (see instructions under those sections below) and are provided for FREE. The North Myrtle Beach PD FOIA Form can also be downloaded, completed, and mailed or emailed along with your written request.
