How to Obtain Your Simpsonville Police Accident Report

After a traffic accident, one of the most critical pieces of evidence you will want to obtain is the Police Accident Report. The Investigating Officer has made notations in this report  (including the names of the parties who contributed to the accident) and will have also indicated the intersection of collision and areas of vehicle damage.

The Records Division of the Simpsonville Police Department has provided us with the following information and points of contact to assist in the acquisition of your Police Accident Report. There is a fee of $5.00 for each report – at the discretion of the Records Officer – depending on the time and process involved. If the office is busy you may fill out a FOIA form and return for your report later.

The report is only available to parties with their names on the report; attorneys and insurance carriers have their own sources. Your reports can be obtained in person, or online as described below in those particular sections.

Online

The following Police online locations are provided as points of contact only. You are not able to submit a request for, or receive, a Police Accident Report on the Police Department website.
