Uninvolved parties are required to provide a Freedom of Information Act FOIA Request Form. The Records Clerk will have an FOIA on hand, or you may download this SCDPS FOIA form and bring it with you or include it with your mailed request. Note: uninvolved parties may only be allowed a redacted copy (at the discretion of the Chief).

You may request a copy of your Walhalla Police Accident Report by sending your case number, date and location of the accident, a valid copy of your photo ID, and a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to the address below.
