You may call the Cayce Dept of Public Safety at (803) 794-0456, and ask to speak with the Records Division. Your case number will be helpful to the records officer assisting you on your call. However, they will advise you that Police Accident Reports are only available from the South Carolina DMV (see full instructions in the By Mail section below).

Please follow these directions to obtain your Police Accident Report:
- Request the Police Accident Report from SCDMV by downloading this form Request for Officer’s Report (SCDMV Form FR-50); or you may pick up a copy at the Cayce Police Station In Person address.
- You will need 1 form for each report you are requesting.
- Fill out the form as completely as possible and sign.
- Send 2 copies along with a check or money order, payable to SCDMV for $6.00, to the address below:
