A tragic three-car crash on Monday morning, October 25, left one woman dead and another person injured in Greenville, SC.
Authorities say the accident happened around 9:45 AM at Ledbetter Street and Easy Bridge Road. A minivan was moving northbound when the driver attempted to switch lanes and struck a Kia sedan. This impact caused the Kia to cross the center line and hit another vehicle head-on.
Sadly, the Kia’s driver, 53-year-old Carole Taft of Traveler’s Rest, died at a local hospital while being treated for her injuries. The driver of the third car was also injured and was treated at the hospital.
The minivan’s driver was not hurt.
