You may obtain your Police Accident Report in person at the following location, during normal business hours. A $3.00 fee (to all persons wanting a copy) may be paid in cash, money order or cashiers check. You must be able to provide the Driver’s Name, and Date of Accident.

You may send in a written request with Driver’s Name and Date of Accident along with a $3.00 fee in the form of a money order or cashiers check payable to the West Columbia Police Department. Please provide your contact information and return address. The report may also be returned to you by fax upon request; just include the number.

Alternatively, if your traffic accident took place on the Interstate, you will need to download and mail in this Request for Officer’s Report (SCDMV Form FR-50) from the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles.
