The following detailed directions are provided for securing a copy of your Police Accident Report in the city of Conway, South Carolina. If the traffic accident took place on the Interstate, it will be under the Highway Patrol’s jurisdiction. You may obtain a copy of the Police Accident Report by downloading this Request for Officer’s Report (SCDMV Form FR-50) from the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles.
