A & A Coronavirus Update: We are open and working hard for our clients. If you've been injured, you can hire us from the comfort of your home and we can start working on your case immediately. Click here for more information.
The information provided on this page is to assist you in locating a copy of your Police Accident Report for the city of Denmark, South Carolina. If we can help to interpret and answer any questions you may have about your report, please contact Auger & Auger for a free consultation at 803-470-5298!
You will want to have this evidence for your records because your Police Accident Report is a compilation of the Investigating Officer’s findings. This report will be filed electronically, requiring your participation to get a copy. There may be notations listing contributors to the accident. A diagram or drawing may also be included, to visually define the point of impact and visible vehicle damages.
The Records Division of the Denmark Police Department has provided us with the following details and points of contact to assist in the acquisition of your Police Accident Report. You will find specific instructions within the sections below. A fee of $5.00 is required and requests must include location and date of the accident, as well as a photo ID for the involved party.
If you are an uninvolved party, at the time of your request you may be asked to provide a Freedom of Information Act FOIA Request Form. To have it ready to mail or walk in with, you can download Form G-639 and the instructions from U.S. Homeland Security. Uninvolved parties may only be allowed a redacted copy (at the discretion of the Records Officer).
